We only guarantee your satisfaction with our coloured contact lenses if and only if you have ordered the exact prescription, lens style, brand, and colour specification as prescribed or trialled by your optometrist.

No return or exchange for colour dissatisfaction if the coloured lenses are not prescribed by your optometrist or if prescription for the ordered lenses is not provided upon request.
