How to Order

Buying contact lenses from Anytime Contacts is simple and fast – three easy steps and your contacts will be shipped right to your door.
✅ To place an order, you must have a valid contact lens prescription.
✅ Only order contact lenses with the exact prescription of the same brand, colour specification (coloured contacts) as prescribed by your optometrist.

1. Find Your Contacts
Just find your brand and choose the product pack size that you require.

2. Enter Your Prescription
Your contact lens prescription can be obtained from your optometrist or on your contact lens box. How to Read My Rx.
Select your quantity and Add to Cart.
For health fund/tax receipt, please tick "I have Health Fund Optical Cover (optional)" at the bottom of the Cart page.
You can Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.
Fill in your shipping and billing information.
✅ Please ensure all information provided are correct and accurate before submitting the order.
You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

3. Check your Mail
You'll receive an order confirmation email once it's successful. We work hard to get your order out to you as fast as possible. If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us within 2 hours of order placement. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes cannot be made. You can exchange any unopened boxes. See Return Policy
You’ll receive your health fund receipt as per request after your order has been dispatched (via email).
You’ll get a tracking number to track your parcel once it's available from StarTrack > Track Your Item

Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.

We ship your items via Australia Post Express Service. The delivery time frame is usually between 2 - 6 business days through the Express Service, depending on postcode.
