How to Order

Ordering your contact lenses from Anytime Contacts is a straightforward, three-step process.

Before You Begin: Prescription Requirements
Valid Prescription: A current, valid contact lens prescription is mandatory for all orders.
Exact Match: You must only order the brand, specific parameters (e.g., power, BC, DIA), and colour (for coloured lenses) that are precisely prescribed by your optometrist.

Step 1: Select Your Product
Locate your brand and the specific product.
Choose the desired pack size (eg. 30pk or 90pk).

Step 2: Enter Details & Finalize Purchase
Source Rx: Your prescription details can be found on your current lens boxes or obtained from your optometrist. Guide: How to Read Your Rx
Input Data: Enter the required quantity and your exact prescription for each eye.
Prescription Upload: We recommend using the "Upload Prescription" button to provide a photo of your prescription or boxes.
Checkout: Add to Cart, proceed to Checkout, and complete your shipping and billing details.
Verification: Ensure all personal and prescription information is accurate before submitting the order.

Step 3: Shipping and Delivery
Confirmation: A successful order will be immediately followed by an Order Confirmation notification.
Order Amendments: For urgent changes, you must contact us via email within 2 hours of order placement. Changes cannot be processed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation notification, which includes your tracking number and receipt.
Note: Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become active.
Delivery: Orders are shipped with Australia Post Startrack, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–5 business days Australia-wide after dispatch.
