We charge a flat fee of $8.99 which includes the premium shipping and handling fee (per order) to Australian addresses.
If your order/re-order includes both ACUVUE and ALCON products, the shipping fee may double up and come to $17.98 (a glitch in the system and we apologize for the mistake and confusion caused), in that case we'll refund you the overcharged $8.99 ASAP.
We've arranged the ACUVUE and ALCON products come to you in separate packages. This way you can receive your items faster at NO extra cost to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to hotel or resort addresses within Australia or in any locations outside Australia.
Complete order may arrive in multiple packages, often on different days.

If courier is unable to deliver, your order will be available for collection at your nearest Australia Post location.

Delivery 3-5 business days (after order is processed and dispatched from warehouse) Australia wide for in-stock orders, excluding Saturday/Sunday/public holidays.
