Shipping & Delivery

We’ll begin processing your order once all details are confirmed, especially for first-time customers.


SHIPPING FEES

  • Free shipping for all orders over $99 (Australia-wide).
  • A flat $8.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $99.

If your order contains both ACUVUE and ALCON products and totals less than $99, a temporary system error may result in a double shipping charge ($17.98). Rest assured, we will automatically refund the extra $8.99 to your account right away. 

Because these brands are shipped from separate warehouses, your ACUVUE and ALCON products will arrive in separate packages — ensuring faster delivery at no extra cost to you.

Please note we’re unable to deliver to hotels, resorts, islands, or addresses outside Australia.


LARGE ORDERS

For larger orders, items may arrive in multiple packages, sometimes on different days.


IF YOU'RE NOT HOME

Deliveries are handled by StarTrack and Australia Post.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post location for secure collection.

If collecting from a post office isn’t suitable, our service may not be the best fit, as final delivery decisions rest with the courier to ensure the safety of your order.
We appreciate your understanding.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

For in-stock items, delivery is typically 3–5 business days after your order is processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We don’t offer overnight delivery at this stage.

Please allow extra time during Easter, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, December, public holidays, or extreme weather events.

If an item is out of stock or on back order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an update.


TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and receipt once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become active.
