Return Policy

Due to the strict safety and health regulations for medical devices, we can only accept returns for unopened, unmarked and sealed boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that when placing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have entered the exact prescription, lens style, brand and colour specification (coloured contacts) as prescribed by their optometrist. We do recommend that you take care in reviewing your order before submitting it. 'Change of mind' returns are not available on these medical items.

All our contact lenses are covered by manufacturer's warranty with long expiry date. All products are factory sealed and genuine, the same high quality as from your optometrist, shipped directly from Sydney, Australia.



1. No refund or exchange can be provided for opened and/or damaged boxes, whether complete or partially used, including the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes. 

2. No refund or exchange can be given for contact lenses which you can't use that are different brand from the prescription as prescribed by your optometrist. See Terms of Use.

3. No return or exchange for colour dissatisfaction if the coloured contact lenses are not prescribed by your optometrist. And you must have a valid colour contact lens prescription at the time of placing your order.

We only guarantee your satisfaction with our coloured contact lenses if and only if you have ordered the exact prescription, lens style, brand, and colour specification as prescribed by your optometrist.

Please note:
We suggest sending item(s) for return via a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost in transit return package.
When returning lenses it is important to pack them carefully as we cannot give a credit on boxes which are damaged in transit.
The shipping component of your original order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage except in the case of a fault or error on our part.


Most returning packages take 5 – 10 business days to get to us. After receiving & checking your returned item, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
PayPal users may see separate line items for the authorization, actual charge and refund. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us.
Please allow 5 – 15 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please Contact Us and we’ll sure to follow up your refund immediately.


Faulty contact lenses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. All defective lenses will be sent to manufacturer for evaluation. Important to keep all used defective lenses, their blister packs, remaining unopened lenses and box for return. Defective lenses are rare, we may be able to provide a credit or replacement product for confirmed defects. Either a return prepaid envelope will be provided or reimburse postage for defective lenses return.
If you find that you have run out of contacts in the meantime you can place and pay for a new order for the correct product right away.
