We accept returns for sealed, unopened, and unmarked boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that when placing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have entered the exact prescription, lens style and brand as prescribed by their optometrist. We do recommend that you take care in reviewing your order before submitting it.
All our contact lenses are factory sealed and genuine, shipped directly from Sydney distribution centre.
1. No refund or exchange can be provided for opened and/or damaged boxes, whether complete or partially used, including the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes.

If you find that you have run out of contacts in the meantime you can place and pay for a new order for the correct product right away.
