Return Policy

At Anytime Contacts, your satisfaction and safety come first. Due to strict health and safety regulations for medical devices, we can only accept returns for unopened, unmarked, and sealed boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.
When placing an order, you confirm that you’ve entered the correct prescription, lens style, brand, and colour (if applicable) as prescribed by your optometrist. Please review your order carefully before checkout — as ‘change of mind’ returns aren’t available for medical items.


PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All our contact lenses are 100% genuine, factory-sealed, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Every box comes with a long expiry date and is shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse — the exact same quality lenses supplied by your optometrist.


FAULTY/DEFECTIVE LENSES

Defective lenses are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and may be replaced following a formal assessment.

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Email us a clear photo of the LOT # - located next to the barcode on the back of the product box where the faulty lenses came from.
  • Return all used defective and unused lenses including the blister packs, in their original product box(es) to the manufacturer for evaluation. A specific return address to be advised to you once your claim has been initiated.
  • Important notes: Replacements are subject to final manufacturer approval. Refunds are not provided under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

RETURN POLICY

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges for opened or damaged boxes, including individual blister packs from 90-day boxes.
  • We can’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect brands or products that differ from your optometrist’s prescription.
  • Coloured contact lenses can only be returned or exchanged if you hold a valid prescription for the exact colour, brand, and style ordered.
  • Satisfaction guarantees only apply when the product matches your optometrist’s prescription in full.

    Please use a tracked postal service — we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  3. Packaging
    Pack lenses securely. We can’t provide refunds for boxes damaged in transit.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS

  • Most returns take 3-5 business days to reach us.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • PayPal users may see separate line items for authorization, charge, and refund — check for the refund line before contacting us.

If you’ve run out of lenses while waiting, you’re welcome to place a new order for the correct product straight away.
