We accept returns for sealed, unopened, and unmarked boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.
We do recommend that you take care in reviewing your order before submitting it.
Please note that when placing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have entered the exact prescription, lens style and brand as prescribed by their optometrist.
1. No refund or exchange can be provided for opened boxes, whether complete or partially used, including the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes.
Most returning packages take 5 – 10 business days to get to us. Within 5 business days of receiving & checking your returned item, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
The shipping component of your original order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage except in the case of a fault or error on our part.
Faulty lenses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
