    We charge a flat fee of $8.99 for premium express shipping to Australian addresses through Australia Post Express Service.

    If your order/re-order includes both ACUVUE and ALCON products, the shipping fee may double up and come to $17.98 (a glitch in the system and we apologize for the mistake  and confusion caused), in that case we'll refund you the overcharged $8.99 ASAP. 

    We've arranged the ACUVUE and ALCON products come to you in separate packages. This way you can receive your items faster at NO extra cost to you.

    Unfortunately we do not ship outside Australia.

     

    DELIVERY DURING COVID

    Premium express service normally requires a signature on delivery. However Aus Post/Star Track now has the authority to leave your package on your premises if it's safe to do so. Otherwise they'll take it to the nearest post office for collection.

    WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

    If courier is unable to deliver, your order will be available for collection at your nearest Australia Post location.

    We'll send tracking number once StarTrack has updated us your order. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.

  • Due to the strict safety and health regulations, we can only accept returns for unopened, unmarked and sealed boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery.

    We do recommend that you take care in reviewing your order before submitting it.

    Please note that when placing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have entered the exact prescription, lens style, brand and colour specification (coloured contacts) as prescribed by their optometrist. 

    RETURNS

    1. No refund or exchange can be provided for opened boxes, whether complete or partially used, including the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes.

    2. No refund or exchange can be given for contact lenses which you can't use that are different brand from the prescription as prescribed by your optometrist. See Terms of Use.

    3. No return or exchange for colour dissatisfaction if the coloured contact lenses are not prescribed by your optometrist. And you must have a valid colour contact lens prescription at the time of placing your order.

    We only guarantee your satisfaction with our coloured contact lenses if and only if you have ordered the exact prescription, lens style, brand, and colour specification as prescribed by your optometrist.

     

    REFUNDS

    Most returning packages take 5 – 10 business days to get to us. Within 5 business days of receiving & checking your returned item, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

    The shipping component of your original order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage except in the case of a fault or error on our part.

     

    FAULTY LENSES

    Faulty lenses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
